I had an eye injury and needed to get in with an eye doctor quickly. I don’t have one and I don’t have vision insurance, so I was worried about the cost. Luckily I was only charged my medical insurance co pay. I picked Collinsville Primary Eye Care on a whim after seeing their website refer to eye injuries. I called probably around 11am and was offered a 1pm appointment. It’s a nice small office and the wait wasn’t long. The nurse (not sure of her name,sorry!) was super friendly and helpful. She was easy to talk to and I actually learned some new things from her. The Dr came in quickly and checked my eyes and explained what he saw. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning in the future! -Ashley W

Great experience at Collinsville Primary Eye Care. The eye doctor, James Thirion, was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The technician, Summer, was excellent as well. They run the clinic like a well-oiled machine. The receptionists, Linda and Kaudri, are also wonderful. I was in and out quickly. -Scott
After being with my Dr for years..I switched over to Dr Thirion in Collinsville. From the moment of waking in ….the staff was very helpful and friendly. My exam with Dr Thirion was very friendly .. thorough and I was not there for a long time -which was great. So happy I made the change …my husband has since made his appt there. Thank you …Cyndi
